Fact 381: Where is the oldest stencil art on a wall?


The oldest stencil art is in Spain and has been dated using the uranium-thorium method to be older than 64,000 years and was made by a Neanderthal it is in a cave and is also the oldest known cave painting the cave painting is a red hand stencilled in Maltravieso cave, Cáceres, in Spain.
