Fact 350: Who painted Van Gogh's Chair?


Van Gogh's Chair is a painting, painted by the Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh. Van Gogh's Chair was painted in 1888. It is currently located in the National Gallery, (London).
The painting shows an off yellow wooden chair, with a straw seat, which is on a tiled floor. On top of the chair is a pipe and a pouch (or handkerchief) with (pipe) tobacco in side.
Interestingly 2 similar looking chairs also appear in van Gogh's The Bedroom, which was also painted in October 1888.
