Fact 294: Who wrote The Adventures of Tintin?



The Adventures of Tintin were written from 1929 onwards until 1970, by the Belgian cartoonist Hergé, whose actual name was Georges Remi, Georges Remi wrote Tintin which first appeared on the 10th January 1929 in Le Petit Vingtième (The Little Twentieth) which was a kids supplement newspaper in the Belgian newspaper called Le Vingtième Siècle (The Twentieth Century), the Adventures of Tintin were originally written in french.
The Adventures of Tintin have been translated in more than 110 languages.
