The answer is a species of hawk that lives in the western USA and are commonly found in deserts andmeadows.
This Hawk has a wingspan of up to 4 feet 8 inches (which is ruffle 142.2 cm) and is called a Ferruginous hawks, interestingly Ferruginous means rust-colored.
Ferruginous hawks scientific name is  Buteo regalis and Buteo is Latin for buzzard and buteo is often use as Hawk genus and regalis, is Latin for royal.
