Fact 150: What did the traditional Medieval Unicorn look like?

Now, typically when you think of a Unicorn it is a horse with a pointy horn however a traditional *medieval Unicorn was depicted with as a slim horse with a lions tail and goat hooves and a billy-goat beard and obviously the alicorn, this is the Unicorn signature spiraled horn and often the horse are depicted with small heads.

*Medieval times also known as the Middle Ages began in 476 A.D and ended sometime between 1400 A.D and 1450.
