Barking dog, sometimes also known as the laughing dog, was painted by the famous New York Street artist Keith Haring.
Barking dog is one of Keith Haring's most iconic and famous Motifs. 
Keith Haring first began drawing the dog in public spaces in New York.
Barking dog first appeared in New York in Keith Haring's New York subway drawing series from 1980–85.

Keith Haring was born on the 4th May 1958, in Reading, Pennsylvania, U.S.A and died on the 16th February 1990 in New York.
