Fact 349: Who painted the Sistine Chapel?



The Sistine Chapel was painted by Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni, known as Michelangelo, who was an Italian sculptor, painter, architect, and poet in the Hight of Renaissance era.
Michelangelo was commissioned by Pope Julius II in 1508 and Michelangelo painted the Sistine Chapel in 1508 and finshed in 1512? known as Michelangelo was Born on the 6th March 1475, and died on the 18th February 1564.
