Bob Ross, who's full name is, Robert Norman Ross.
Bob Ross was born on the 29th October, 1942, Daytona Beach, Florida, U.S.—died on the 4th July, 1995, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Bob Ross painted an estimated 30,000 paintings during his lifetime however Bob Ross paintings are scarce in the art market making the pieces that are in the art market very valuable.
