Fact 237: How invented the Turing test?



Unsurprisingly the Turing test was created by Alan Turing, the Oxford dictionary definition for the Turing test is, "a test for intelligence in a computer, requiring that a human being should be unable to distinguish the machine from another human being by using the replies to questions put to both".
Alan Turing published a paper called Computing Machinery and Intelligence, in 1950 in it Alan Turing writtes about the topic of artificial intelligence. the paper was the first paper to introduce his concept of what is now known as the Turing test.
