Fact 145: How many moons does Neptune have?

Fact 145: How many moons does Neptune have?

The answer (at the moment) is 14
And because Neptune was named for the Roman god of the sea, the 14 moons are interestingly named after various lesser known sea gods and mythical creatures frome Greek mythology.
For example the latest moon orbiting Neptune is called Triton (moon) after the Greek god of the sea Triton.
