Fact 81: What was Horatio Nelson last words?

Horatio Nelson was born on 29 September 1758 and died on 21 October 1805 (aged only 47). Horatio Nelson is buried inside St Paul's Cathedral.

People original thought Horatio Nelson final last words were "Kiss me Hardy" (now we do actually know that he said this however Horatio Nelson said something else just before he actually died and this was what he said "Drink,  drink. Fan, fan. Rub rub." Now, I will break this down for you, basically Nelson was asking for a drink (lemonade and watered down wine) he was asking his steward to fan him and he was asking Dr Scott, to massage his chest to ease the pain.
